Nope! I paid $60 for a mani/pedi and am NOT HAPPY with the results. Although the nail tech who did my nails was friendly, her skills are not up to par. Her “massage” was simply rubbing the lotion back and forth – no pressure or actual massaging going on. She was way too fast and rushed throughout the entire process – hence, the horrible results. My toes and fingernails are filed unevenly and feel rough on the tips. When I asked her to please even out my big toenail she grabbed her file and barely touched it and said, “there you go.” It was the exact same! I honestly just wanted to get out of there and didn’t even bother asking for a do-over cause I was just over it. All on Mother’s Day too; when I was just trying to relax and get a nice manicure and pedicure.

I was seated with Helen who did an amazing job. Her attention to small details to make my nails perfect was noticed and appreciated. Hard to take a selfie of your own nails, but I tried. Haven’t been here in 3+ years but have noticed a lot of improvement in quality and customer service since the recent management changes. Went in for a gel mani/pedi with full acrylic set and the services were fantastic from start to finish. Everyone was so kind and patient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and inviting. The ladies who provided my services were very attentive to detail, and accommodated everything I needed despite being so late. The massage during the pedicure was absolutely divine!

It wasn’t worth the price to come here. I almost didn’t tip but I find myself incapable of not tipping, even if the service is not great and she was nice. I believe the nail tech’s name was Angie. She did say a couple of times “how patient” she was with what I wanted which at the end of the day ended up being a matte black set I didn’t even want. I wasn’t thankful for her patience, I didn’t ask for anything complicated. I found this a bit unprofessional and I felt like I was being a pest about requesting a design set. Initially, I asked for a black/nude ombré acrylic set, I’ve had this done many times at other nail salons. She said she couldn’t do it, and I was confused because it’s fairly common to do in nails. I went to this place because I was impressed with the pictures on their page (through Google), they don’t do designs here. If you want a solid non matte color or French mani or pedi, you’re fine to go there. If you want designs, I suggest you look elsewhere. I settled for a very textured matte black acrylic set, probably the most textured matte I’ve ever had from anywhere honestly. A well-done matte set has been done before on my nails, this was not one of them.

Went in to fix a broken nail. Was seen by Angie, she first said she didnt do nail designs, so i said fine, just repair the nail and ill do the design. She didnt want to put a base coat, and after she said “dont come back, you go see your nail friend.” Extremly rude, unprofessional and terrible service and doesnt even do a good job with acrylics.
