Nina always does such a great job on my nails ! Kent always does a great job on my pedicures ! This is by far my favorite nail salon to go to. I love this place. Go here all the time to get a mani/pedi. They do a great job. My nails look professional and clean when they are done. Not a single bad experience with anyone. The staff are friendly and just honest folk.

The man doing my nails was very aggressive taking my polish off to the point where I was in a lot of pain. I asked him how much it would cost if I could stop my service and he yelled at me that he didn’t know. I thought it was really unnecessary because I didn’t raise my voice at him but looking at some of these other reviews saying that he’s rough on nails I agree and I wouldn’t come back. I still paid and tipped but he was very rude and aggressive and needs to be trained or take a nail course. The woman at the receptionist desk was very nice though.

I’m not sure why they have a 4.4 rating. I got an acrylic full set w gel polish and asked for oval shaped nails and didn’t receive the shape I wanted. She did my nails almond shape and way longer than I told her to do them and left bubbles under my nails. She also broke my skin open under my nail. The lady that did my nails was really aggressive with grabbing by hands way too hard as well. 4/10 of my nails are also very crooked. Would not go back again.

Nina is amazing. I had the dip done and I am very experienced with this being a former nail tech myself. I couldn’t be happier with my nails. Pedicure could’ve been better but that was done by a different nail tech. I will be going back!!!!

Really disappointed with the manicure I had done. Original manicure was done by Mike. Simple full set acrylics. First off, he absolutely tore up my cuticles to the point of them bleeding. I don’t get my nails done often but I’ve never had this issue in the past. Then, within 6 days, 1 nail came off and the others were lifting. I work in retail so I don’t do much with my hands. Called and they were able to get me in the same day to “fix” them. Their version of fixing was redoing the nail that came off and then just adding glue to the others. 2 days later, the reglued nails were lifting again. I paid $98 for my full set with 1 nail design and a pedicure. I will definitely never be going back to this salon, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I’m not sure about the other nail artists there but Mike definitely needs to be retrained or something.

The nail technician was friendly and was knowledgeable. She did what I wanted and was still great when I accidentally smudged my gel polish (bless her!) We will definitely be back.
