Critical: Quality, ValueI don’t know why they get such good reviews. I’ve tried them three times and am not impressed. The first stylist cut my bangs in such a way that I couldn’t get them to lie down. A few years later, I thought I’d give them another try because of the good reviews. I spent huge money on baylage only for the lowlights to fade in a few weeks, and she didn’t process the bottom long enough so it didn’t look good from day one. I went back for a ridiculously expensive cut because I’m trying to go natural grey, and I wanted the stylist to see what she’d missed thinking she would work with me to get it right. I also thought getting the blonde off the bottom might help. She didn’t even offer to fix it, just asked if I wanted to make another color appointment. No thanks. Four hundred bucks I could have flushed down the toilet. Never again. Horrible salon that is only four stars because it’s in a small city with few other options. I just did this a month ago, and it looks awful. It’s not even grey in the front, and I specifically asked if the blonde would come through. I was told it would not. A few years later, I thought I’d give them another try because of the good reviews. I just got my first professional balayage with Dani and I couldn’t have asked for anything better!!! She was nice, clean, professional, and did EXACTLY what I wanted. I have been coming to this salon off-and-on for about 4 years now but could never really find a stylist that matched well with me. I just got my first professional balayage with Dani and I couldn’t have asked for anything better!!! She was nice, clean, professional, and did EXACTLY what I wanted. She will definitely be my new permanent hair dresser.
