Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got in fast and was helped immediately. My Gel Pedicure in white is nice. EVERYTHING else was bad. The chair that is 2nd from the back is where I sat. I was looking forward to the massage but only the left side:half of the massage chair worked. It was very uncomfortable. Also the girl who did my manicure did a terrific job. I literally had to ask her to clean under my nails. She did my manicure in the same uncomfortable chair, I advised her was broken. I asked her to push back my cuticles after soaking my hand for about 4 minutes with a bowl of warm faucet water. She then used the same little bowl of water on my other hand. She then proceeded to apply a base coat, rubbed my hand got on the phone then came to rub the other hand. She then proceeded to left the arm on the chair. I lastly told her she needed to add a coat of clear and a top coat. She only put the top coat on. NEVER will I got here again. I can still see the scratches from the buffer/sander block she used. I got in fast and was helped immediately. My Gel Pedicure in white is nice. EVERYTHING else was bad. The chair that is 2nd from the back is where I sat. Positive: QualityI don’t trust many people with my eyebrows but i was open to the idea of going here because of good reviews. It was a good price for a wonderful service. My eyebrows were completely transformed. The ladies were very nice! I will definitely make this my usual threading spot!
