I was referred by someone on Facebook and when I looked at Val’s page and saw the salon, I thought I’d give it a shot. Mind you, I’m very pick and have a hard time allowing new people to touch my hair because they either cut too much or leave my hair choppy. I haven’t cut my hair in 2 years and today I decided I needed one badly and decided to call and see if by any chance Val would have an opening. To my surprise, she was able to get me in today. First of all, the salon is super cute with Tim Burton inspired decor, which I love! Also the fact that she also had good taste in music was a bonus. We hit off right away and Val was so easy to talk to!! I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted and I explained everything I was worried about. She put my mind at ease and walked me through everything she was doing. It honestly felt like I was talking to a friend, she was so easy going! After she cut my hair she told me when I get home if there’s something I don’t like or want changed, to call her and she will do it at no charge, which sold me more. That lets me know she stands behind her work. After styling my hair, I was so happy with the result, my hair looked healthier and felt lighter. It was so easy to style now. I definitely will be booking again and recommend giving her a shot. Thanks Val!!☺️
