Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to Angela Ukusare (loft 6) for my first ever perm. My hair was completely natural with no highlights or coloring. With it being my first perm, I had some expectations, but was left extremely dissatisfied and upset less than 24 hours later. My hair came out unbelievably frizzy and flat in many spots. I followed all of her instructions (not getting it wet, no products other than the oil drops, etc) and still was left with a mess of hair. Unfortunately, I did not know what a perm would cost… and I walked out the door having paid $517.24. I have called multiple times to speak with the owner or management to receive some sort of way to fix the situation but have received Zero response back. I went to Angela Ukusare (loft 6) for my first ever perm. My hair was completely natural with no highlights or coloring. With it being my first perm, I had some expectations, but was left extremely dissatisfied and upset less than 24 hours later. My hair came out unbelievably frizzy and flat in many spots. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went to Jennifer Lee for my nails and feet. She did an excellent job; she was patient, funny, and personable. She asked me what I liked and was willing to put her personal touch to my idea so I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend.I went Angela Ukusare for my hair. She was so intelligent about how to repair dry scalp; she also lives natural hair. She put plenty of heat protectant on my hair before and during my blowing drying and silk press. She was quick, and thorough. She was a little pricier than what I’m used to paying but she gave quality service.I went to Jennifer Lee for my nails and feet. Critical: ProfessionalismMy sister made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, had been looking forward to a new look with a new stylist. But the stylist texted her 30 minutes before her appointment to inform my sister the appointment is cancelled. No explanation, no apology, nothing! My sister was already on her way there.
