Kim is amazing. She cuts my hair like no one, and do my highlights for the past 5+ years. I get a lot of complements on my hair.. I LOVE HER STAFF and her salon is very cute on the inside.. She treats me really well and accommodate her schedule to her clients.. She is an amazing hair stylist!!!

First of all, this has to be one of the best looking places ever. It seriously looks like a fancy salon with a nice atmosphere. They offer their clients free beverages too, which is always nice to have. I have gone to this salon for the past 3-4 years now and it is still amazing with their extremely friendliness, cleanness, and many services. I would highly recommend coming here! It’s definitely worth it.

Horrible Salon. Exteremly unprofessional about services and scheduling. Shows up late to the appointment repeatedly, overbooks rooms for services, overcharging and nonresponsive regarding any feedback. Shivanna is a horrible service provider. Salon owner is extrememly irresponsible as well. They charged me for 5 sessions of services and after first session started showing up 45 min late for the appointment. I asked for refund for the remainder of the sessions and never received any. I complainted to the owner Kim and she took no responsibility of Shivanna’s unprofessionalism saying “she tends to do this”

I had a very bad experience! I found them on Groupon under a different name. They are calling themselves a Paul Mitchell salon. I may call Paul Mitchell headquarters to see if they can do that. They all came in late. I had two ladies working on my hair neither of them knew what they were doing. Each one was telling the other what to do. VERY unprofessional! I asked for a ombre AND gave them a example of one I wanted. They came no where near close. Yet after three times of having color placed on my head I just paid AND left. They said sometimes it takes three times to get what you want… i am not a fan of the guessing game when it comes to my hair and being over processed because they have no clue WHAT THE NEW STYLES ARE. I would not recommend the place ! It needs to get shut down! I will be calling Paul Mitchell headquarters as well as Groupon!! False advertising!!
