I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing Hair Stylist (or shall I say, “hair therapist”) that Susie is! Every stylist I went to could not get my hair color corrected enough to be the blonde that I always dreamed to be but Susie managed to do so and she did so effortlessly! She knows her work and I am so grateful that she is my stylist and even more grateful that she is also the owner of a salon that is run so well, that I could spend a whole day there and I almost did! Shortly after my color appointment, I saw Theresa Flora, the amazing esthetician who uses safe products and understands everyone’s skin types. I have acne flareups thanks to my stress and genetics and she works her magic on my face and I walk out feeling refreshed! Her work is thorough compared to the estheticians that I saw at dermatologists’ offices. She is a gem! I could have spent more time that day as I could have had a mani/pedi but I was pressed for time so I will save that for another day. But seriously, you can walk out with a new body at Salon Hermosa in just a few hours! Thank you!!!

The salon completely FAILED to inform my stylist that I had an appointment, so I had to wait over an hour past my scheduled time for him to come in. This is not the fault of my stylist. The receptionist (wish I had her name) did not communicate scheduled clients to the stylist. The owner didn’t bother to even apologize.

This should be negative stars. Don’t go here! I walked in with hair halfway down my back and came out with my hair butchered and shoulder length. Save yourself multiple trips to have your hair recut and don’t waste $60.00 on a haircut that isn’t worthy of Super Cuts $19.99 hair cut!!!
