Heather has done my hair 2-3 times & will continue to be my go to. She always done an amazing job!! The entire process is very comfortable (especially the scalp massage she does!) and I never doubt her. I’m SUPER tendered headed & there’s never a second that it I have any pain when she does my hair but she check in at least every 5-10 minutes on if anything sheds doing is bothering me. Very understanding my! And My hair is always as soft as possible & always looks absolutely amazing. I never for a moment question her, & definitely love to let her do what she thinks is best. If I ever have any questions as to what she’s doing & even for how to take care of my hair at home- she’s never failed me!

She took care of my hair with a hair repair and dye and my hair feels absolutely amazing. The ends aren’t frayed anymore and the black color is so deep and rich. The entire experience was very relaxing. I lost my faith in salons years ago when I had a few bad experiences but Kimberlin has restored that faith and trust. I had bleached my hair and gone grey and did an intense amount of damage to my hair. I messaged them on Facebook and the owner Kimberlin responded directly. She’s very up front and honest and is open to questions as well. She’s also very friendly. She took care of my hair with a hair repair and dye and my hair feels absolutely amazing. If you choose to use this salon, please do not book with Heather. I booked with this stylist, had to cancel. I thought I had called and cancelled, but it turned out I forgot. Not once did she call me from the business phone to confirm or cancel appointment or say it had not been cancelled. No call from a business phone the day of when I missed.. I thought all was fine. Then, I find my name plastered on social media with defamatory statements. She claims I blocked her, untrue. She called from her personal cell and texted apparently (very unprofessional) which those texts and calls went to a junk folder because I always move unknown numbers to a junk folder. In the social media post she joked about a friend commenting that she’d “make me regret it” & joked about putting me on the news. All while using a picture that contained a photo of my children from my FB cover photo. Others in the comments attacked me, shared the info, and some outright lied saying I was an individual that walked out of a color without paying (totally false). Now these allegations and rumors are for the world to see. The post was taken down and a new one was put up with a so called apology, but nothing that admitted the statements made were defamatory and wrong. Please do not use this stylist. If you have to cancel you will likely be plastered on social media for it.
