Critical: Professionalism, PunctualitySo I am getting married in April of this year. I have been trying to get in contact with this salon since September of last year to set up my hair and make up.In those 4 months I have talked to Donna once, and she blamed it on my phone not being able to receive her calls. Even though I had missed 2 of her calls, and answered the third time she called. She immediately blamed her poor communication on me. I don’t think this is very professional of her, especially when I’m looking for her business.I spoke to her over a week ago and she said she would email me a quote for my bridal party and me. I still haven’t received anything from her.It really sucks because there aren’t many options for hair and makeup salons in Ouray. This is one of my few options but I will not be using her services because of the way I was treated on the phone and the horrible communication.So I am getting married in April of this year. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy mom and I had really great experiences here! I had bridal hair and makeup done while my mom only had an updo done. Everything turned out so great. We received so many compliments! Everyone was kind, courteous, and made sure they were doing our hair and makeup exactly how we wanted. Would definitely come here again.Service: Hairstyling

Critical: ValueI don’t like to write bad reviews on anyone but I think this might help the owner provide better service if she wants to charge top dollar prices. I came in to have my eye brows cleaned up and tinted. I also decided to have my eye lashes tinted. The person was very friendly and professional but lack the experience to provide the service. I had to ask to have my eye brows cleaned up more after the waxing. I left with dye around my eye brows and under in eyes. After leaving I did came back in to ask if she had something I could use to get the black dye removed from my skin under my eyes. I have very thick and straight hair that is impossible to curl. I recommend booking months in advance if you are thinking of having any special event! 5 stars is not enough! I had my hair done for my wedding elopement and it turned out perfect! I have very thick and straight hair that is impossible to curl.
