Everyone that I’ve talked to was so welcoming and made me feel a lot better about what I’ve just done to my hair. Lauren has done my highlights before so I knew she was the stylist I needed! She talked me through everything that she was doing and was honest about what she could/couldn’t do to my hair in order for it to stay healthy. Long story short, my hair has never looked so beautiful and I am in LOVE with it! Went in after completely messing up my hair myself. Everyone that I’ve talked to was so welcoming and made me feel a lot better about what I’ve just done to my hair. Lauren has done my highlights before so I knew she was the stylist I needed! She talked me through everything that she was doing and was honest about what she could/couldn’t do to my hair in order for it to stay healthy. I’m typically an “at home” DIY hair color woman but I needed a pro to help me convert my color and embrace my grey. My stubborn chinese hair was no issue for Cyndy to lighten and she took the time to perfect each bit that needed different toner shades. She was also careful to check the health of my hair during the process to minimize damage. Very pleased with the recommendation I was given to see her as an expert colorist.

Unfortunately I really wanted to like this experience, but that wasn’t the outcome at all. I am a little upset when I called the salon to make an appointment, they never once mentioned the fact I would be getting my hair done by a Jr Stylist. Sam was a huge sweetheart and made me feel comfortable, but unfortunately my bangs were not what I asked for.I asked for long bangs and I ended up with uneven side pieces?? (I even showed her a picture of what I wanted). I also asked for one length all around for my haircut and I ended up with shorter pieces throughout my hair. I got my eyebrows waxed by her as well and after asking to trim my eyebrows at the top it still looked the same and I had areas that weren’t waxed properly/cleaned up.

i have followed the owner (cyndy) from all her previous salons for the last 6-7 years. when i first started seeing her, i had longggg- thanks to a decade-long fear of haircuts- and very dark hair. she gradually added highlights until i was super blonde (see pics), and trimmed only what needed to come off until i was comfortable with adding more layers and styling. since then she’s maintained my hair color beautifully, my hair is still long and healthy.

You can tell when the stylist gets it and when they don’t- in my experience with these girls, they definitely get it !!The atmosphere is warm and fun.
