I cancelled my appt 24 hours ahead of time because I was able to get an appt with an endodontist at the time of my hair appt. This was due to a cancellation. If I didn’t take appointment with dental specialist I would have had to wait another week in pain. When I informed Ashley she said I would be charged $160 because I didn’t cancel within 48 hours. No consideration for her clients or the circumstances regarding my cancellation. I will not go back or recommend her and told her I would not pay $160 for a non appointment where no product is even used. My husband and myself had been long time clients.
