Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAbout a month ago I went with Cristina to get my hair lighter. Biggest mistake of my life. She over processed my hair. She didn’t even mention anything to me until I got home. At the time of my appointment she also booked another appointment so she was busy with both our appointment. My hair is damaged. I don’t recommend her. Also being a store manager customer service is my main goal and when a walk in comes in the salon the owner including all the other stylists ignore the customer until they say something. About a month ago I went with Cristina to get my hair lighter. Biggest mistake of my life. She over processed my hair. She didn’t even mention anything to me until I got home. At the time of my appointment she also booked another appointment so she was busy with both our appointment. My hair is damaged. I don’t recommend her. Also being a store manager customer service is my main goal and when a walk in comes in the salon the owner including all the other stylists ignore the customer until they say something. Critical: ValueI used them a few years ago for hair and makeup. Believe her name was myra. She was super friendly but she did a horrible job. My hair looked pretty except for all the loose hairs. Also makeup was patchy and had dry spots around my mouth and under eyes. I asked for a cat eye and got something worse. I had to go home and redo my whole makeup. I would post pictures of how awful it looked but im too embarrassed. Never coming back here again.Ase años me maquillaron y me peinaron. I used them a few years ago for hair and makeup. Believe her name was myra. She was super friendly but she did a horrible job. My hair looked pretty except for all the loose hairs.
