Everyone here is great, depending on what you are looking for. I have a particular style I’ve had for many years that many stylists have had trouble with in the past. Cindy has no problem. She is absolutely the best and definitely knows hair and can figure out anything! In fact, my hair often turns out even better than I had hoped! They have massage chairs for the pedicures and has been a fun treat to do with my mother, daughters, or by myself. The new location is awesome. Definitely worth the drive from Brainerd!

The staff is very friendly, and the salon is stylish with a large selection of products for sale. Pricing is reasonable, and I have never left unhappy after getting my hair colored and/or cut. My daughter gets her hair cut and colored at Salon Couture too.

My first experience there was great,loved the stylist as well the the atmosphere. I very excited made an appointment for my cut color and highlight touch up for a special occasion. Called over a week in advance for the appointment. Arrived the day of my appointment to find out they had scheduled it for the wrong date. I understand mistakes and everyone makes them. They did nothing to accommodate me. The stylist even came up to the reception area and said to the girl “well I never could have gotten her done in this timeframe anyway” while the owner/manager just stood there. No apology given. So simply put I walked out and went somewhere else. And for all of the good reviews and people I told to give them a try I am sorry! Hope this never happens to anyone else. Clearly customers are not that important .

Cute salon with friendly staff. Made some great recommendations for my hair that I loved and appreciated. Didn’t try to push product sales on me and answered questions I had about how thinning would (or would not) impact my hair as it grew out. Easy to get an appointment within a few days. I’ll be back for my next cut!

I am VERY picky and dont have the easiest hairstyle, but Cindy does it perfect and is the best hairdresser anywhere. They offer fantastic products too, the awapuhi mousse is a moisturizing mousse that I can only find here, They have other services, nails, facials etc as well. Fantastic salon. A++++ !!!
