Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThe person was over an hour late, took a phone call while doing my hair. Balancing her phone while she was doing my hair . Had a bad phone call. Didn’t listen to me, I almost cried and told her to rinse me. I had to pay I e been crying for two days. My hair is not even close and now trashed. I could go on and on. Worst experience and worst screw up ever. I now have to fix myself after all of this because it was soo bad I don’t trust them to fix it. I wanted darker hair a 5-6 to a 4. Benecia @ salon Capelli accommodated my hopes & my schedule, She fit me right in and gave me the most beautiful Balayage highlights ever! This salon was highly recommended, but my experience was just average. The cut ended up being good. I might go back in a pinch because of the convenient location. It just wasn’t a relaxing experience. Maybe my person was in a rush or just not a good match for me. I really didn’t like the way it was styled at all. But like I said the cut was good so I was only unhappy for a day.

One of the owners of Salon Capelli, Armando, cut my hair from 2012-2019 (when I moved away from the area). He’s a great guy who is extremely good at his job — I’m a single guy and I really enjoyed the increase in attention I got from women after Armando started cutting it.
