Valencia did a wonderful job with my hair. I suffer from alopecia and during my initial consultation she gave suggestions on how I can wear my own hair. She gave me a style that I truly love and you can’t tell that I suffer from the disease. I feel so confident now. If you’re looking for a caring hairstylist, I recommend Salon 929. The salon is clean and you will feel right at home. Also, before I end, she gave me an appointment when her salon is closed because most people shy away from salons when you suffer from hair loss because you feel uncomfortable. I didn’t even have to ask, she was just that thoughtful. I’m so happy I found her. She’s a Godsend. Valencia, you are a blessing. Thank you!

In the era of COVID it can be difficult to find a place where you feel comfortable enough to get hair services. I was fortunate to find Salon 929. I never felt like I was on top of any other person receiving services. To be honest I felt like I was the only one in the Salon. I love the dryer room being in a separate area from the hair stylist stations; not to mention they kept their masks on at all times during my visit. Never will I go to a regular barber again. I make an appointment and I walk right into my seat EVERY SINGLE TIME. The staff has an incredible assembly line type system where you keep moving to the next steps without missing a beat. They practice social distancing offer wine, coffee and tea and have nice music playing in the background. It almost has a spa feel to it. I get a haircut and beard “treatment” and always seem to get compliments when I leave the shop. If my appointment is at noon I’m out by 12:45. I cant stress the system enough. Everyone should have a system like this

I see Sade for braiding services and she never disappoints. I normally get medium knotless braids in different colors, she washes, conditions, and provides the hair for your service. You aren’t in thd salon 9 hours for your braids she’s normally finished in 3.5 to 4 hours depending on the style. these are by far the healthiest braids I’ve ever had. She doesn’t put your braids in too tight so she preserves your edges.
