So disappointed after the treatment I received here. I got a balayage treatment done from this place a week and a half back. My hair stylist was recommended on an fb group so I decided to try. I have got balayage done before from other places and have been very happy. But my hair stylist Jess seemed to be in a grumpy mood from the beginning. She tugged in my hair several times and caused me do much discomfort despite me reminding her that it was uncomfortable. Then she went on to say I have dark hair and my hair color didn’t stay because I had black hair. Seriously?? After 2 hours of sitting there? I have had my hair done before and got beautiful highlights because the hair stylist took that into account. Also very random way of coloring. Just applied wherever she felt like. I now have one side of the head with color and the other with dark hair. She also said my greys will be taken care of during the coloring but nothing. I paid the full amount as well as a decent tip because I had no idea how it looked completely from the back. Recently some of my friends saw my hair from the back and asked me “ where did you get your hair colored? That’s a horrible job they have done”. That’s when I realized what it looked like from the back. I tried calling the salon to see if they could do something but nobody decided to give me a call back. I’m so upset because now I need to figure out how to make my hair look uniform by probably coloring my hair black again. Pics added: you can see that I have a brown strip on the left side and nothing on the right and 2 strips on the underside of my head when I tied my hair up in a bun. I shouldn’t be even giving 3 stars to this place.

I absolutely love going to Salon 555 to get my hair done! The vibe in the salon is always so positive, fun, and upbeat! Also there truly is nothing better than not only a woman run business but also a business of all women who continually support each other, it’s truly inspiring. I get my hair done by Jess Nields and she constantly goes above and beyond! I often have pretty unrealistic hair goals but Jess always gets my hair to where it keeps its integrity and looks gorgeous! I attached a before photo and 2 after photos from my most recent appointment with Jess. I am obsessed with how my hair turned out and it also feels so soft and silky! I highly recommend Salon 555 and specifically Jess Nields.

I’ve been going to Salon 555 for over a year now. I was nervous at first because I wasn’t sure I was the “typical” clent. I don’t have long locks or get color work or blowouts. I’m an every 4-6 week short haircut/new style girl. Barbie came highly recommended by multiple people and I took a chance. I’m so glad I did! Not only is she (and her whole staff) talented and capable but they work with your schedule to accommodate the best they can. If you’re looking for a new stylist or salon don’t hesitate to give them a try!

I have been going to Alexa for 7 years. I would not trust ANYONE else with my hair. I am extremely particular about my balayage and don’t like any mistakes or spots where it’s messy- Alexa manages to balayage me perfectly every time and my toner always looks fresh, bright, and amazing. Her cuts are phenomenal and she is a lovely person with a bright personality, making her the best hairstylist to work with. Highly recommend!!!

First time there today, and WOW. I have never been to a salon where I have not had a complaint. Lol I can be difficult, but Barbie (the OWNER) was amazing. She got my blonde a color with ZERO GOLD, and so silky soft. I will be returning. May I add everyone is so WELCOMING, and all take their time on their clients. I feel like that’s such a big deal now a days. Highly RECOMMEND!!

Daughter went to Joanie for haircut and style before HS dance. Joanie cut 1″ off (as daughter initially asked) but did not show my daughter to determine if more should be cut (was still very long and, could have benefitted from a bit more off her thick straight hair). Blew it out and said she was finished. charged us $70!!! Did not ‘style’ hair (ie use iron, or curl front or do anything that would style the hair more than falling straight down). f Thought maybe stylist (Joanie) was new bc she couldn’t even wrap the towel on head after wash. Was told that Joanie has 20+ yrs experience. Hard to believe! Really wanted to like this salon bc of all the good reviews but will not go back. Much too expensive for what you get (or don’t get)

I drive 45 minutes to get here and I do not mind at all. In this case the destination is worth the journey. Spacious and well appointed with reasonable prices and an amazing team of talented stylists. Lisa has kept my hair healthy, stylish and blonde for 3 years. Everyone from the owner to the receptionist is friendly, good vibes, highly recommend.
