The owner Billy is great! My family and I used to go to him when I was a kid. I moved away for a while, but now that I am back in the area, I started going back to Billy. I have never been happier with my hair! Every time I go Billy takes his time to make sure everything is perfect and my hair remains in good condition. Salon 27 is so laid back and clean.
