I went here for a pedicure and gel manicure…the pedicure was fine but 2 days later the polish is already chipped on all 10 toes, But the gel manicure is where it ALL went wrong…honestly worst nail experience I have ever had my entire life. I am a very easy going person and usually don’t bother leaving reviews but I just have to let people know how bad it was. I do feel bad leaving this because the lady was nice but it was an awful experience. Don’t go here if you want to have cute pretty nails… and just forget it if you bring any inspiration from Instagram, they can not do it.

I went here and got serviced on 1/29/2022 I made the appointment on 1/25/2022 which was four days early for my appointment date . I went to the appointment on Saturday morning at 12:00 it was for my daughter’s birthday she was charged 53.00 dollars for gel polished that was rushed and all messed up not even dried all the way. I also brung my niece with my daughter to get a basic hand polish that would of took no more then five minutes to do I mean they are kids 9 to be exact . She told me she didn’t have enough time to paint her nails when I clearly made a appointment for four people and only three of us ended up getting serviced. She said go up the street to another place didn’t offer to do them later or have me wait a extra could of minutes she just said NO …… fast forward to the next day after the appointment which was Sunday on 1/30/2022 I called up there no response went back to the salon to see if they could fix my daughter toe nails since they cost so much and was done horribly. They were closed I looked on social media they said closed on Sundays but I went to the salon on Sunday twice first at 10:30am Sunday morning that’s when I noticed that the door said 12 noon is when they open on Sundays so I went back at noon . They never opened that’s bad business . I was and still am highly disappointed. So here it is today Monday 1/31/2022 I went back at 9:30am when they open and I tried to speak with the workers on fixing my issues because I wanted my daughter nails fixed and I felt like my niece should still get her nails painted on them because we were rushed out the door and not taking care of properly it’s not about the money it’s the service . When I was informing the working of my issues she just came out and told me to just be quiet (very unprofessional ) and they would only fix my daughter toes and after that I don’t have to come back . They are unprofessional and I refuse to stand by and be treated like this I don’t recommend this unprofessional business at all . Poor performance, really nasty customer service. It’s still a pandemic going on in the world today I didn’t have to come there and spend my hard earned money .

Very clean, easy to make an appointment, and staff are friendly. I did my nails for my wedding day… I was satisfied with the selection they recommended us! I will continue to go here! Love it lots of people complimented my nails.

i really like how clean this place is and how close it is to my house. i went in for a gel manicure and asked for two coats, the nail tech INSISTED on three which might not seem like a big deal but as the gel is thicker, it’s easier for them to peel off which is why I was requesting two. also all but one nail was painted ON my cuticle. We all know that means the manicure will last 3 days as your nails grow and the polish gets lifted. i didn’t think this manicure was worth 4 days. Nail tech also Insisted on two coats of top coat. I just wish they listened to my requests So my gel manicure lasted longer

I have been going to Sabrina nail and spa for quite sometime. Nina is great as what she does. She has been doing my pedi and manis for at least 10 years or so?? I’ve followed her for sometime now. If you are looking for a nail tech that is kind and learn exactly what you like and what works for you please go to Sabrina and ask for Nina! You will not be disappointed.
