I had an appointment today, Saturday, July 10, for a massage, the truth is that since Thursday I was sick with a fever and very badly that I didn’t even remember the appointment, I was a client of the ate massage, the truth is that the massage technique seems very good, but I thought They had better customer service, I thought they would let me know 24 hours before my appointment so that I could cancel it since I was so sick I couldn’t attend. but no, they did not call or text me, much less contact me this morning to tell me that they would charge me the $ 85 for not attending the appointment. The truth is, the customer service seems very bad and from today I will never in my life return to a massage here.
