Nancy gave me absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. I got the Ayurvedic scalp/neck/head massage and she also did my back and shoulders/arms. I cannot rave enough about how needed this was! I went to another Kapolei business the day before and Royal Thai blew them away. 1000/10 rating for Nancy! I will definitely be coming back here again when I am in Oahu.

Absolutely love this place, the facility is very neat and clean. The staff is simply amazing, professional and very knowledgeable. I did a 2hr an 30min session that was incredible. The overall atmosphere and experience was top notch, and the prices were great considering the high quality level of service you receive. I highly recommend that if you need a great massage or a spa day, this is the place to go.

They charge $196 for a 90 minute massage or $65 for a 60 minute massage (which is actually 50 minutes) $131 more for 1/2 hour longer? That’s a disgusting breed of greed.

Extremely clean, welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good location. Never been disappointed with the service. I come here every time I am home for a visit (1-2 times a year). I usually get the combination massage. To me, that’s the best one to get if you have really tight muscles and tension in your shoulders. The therapist will stretch your legs, back and arms; and work out the kinks in your back, neck and shoulders. I prefer medium to hard pressure, which is good if you’re getting the combination massage. The therapist (I didn’t get her name) used hot stones on my back, which is not part of the service, after working out the kinks. This was a nice treat that didn’t cost me extra.
