Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSo… I have been all over Auburn getting my nails done for about a year. I spend an average of 50$ on nails that I hate with the worse conversation. I never go back for my fills and it ends up being such a big waste of money. With that said… this place was a 35 minute drive and cost almost double what I am used to paying. Do you know what I got for my money? I got a quick appointment, I got awesome conversation, I have the ability to show them almost anything I want and they can do it WELL! I admit that I went in thinking I wanted dip but I was wrong because after walking in there I realized I don’t know anything about nails! They didn’t laugh at me, they never made me feel like I was an inconvenience…. instead they taught me! and their customers are so nice, too! seriously… I want to go to school to do nails so that maybe I can help people in Auburn get what I am so willing to drive here to get and pay for. Jackson did my nails and he was SO gentle… yeah… Jackson… that was the first time I didn’t bleed from getting my nails done. thank you. sorry it took so long to write my review… I was away for a bit. So… I have been all over Auburn getting my nails done for about a year. I spend an average of 50$ on nails that I hate with the worse conversation. I never go back for my fills and it ends up being such a big waste of money. With that said… this place was a 35 minute drive and cost almost double what I am used to paying. Critical: Cleanliness, ValueThey shared me $160 dollars for two sets of acrylics painted white. No design, nothing one of us did have length but it was definitely not $160s worth. I was cut during the process by scissors and my friends nails were left messy. I do not recommend going here!Service: Acrylic nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in to get my nails filled. The lady who sits closest to the desk did my nails. This was my first time ever getting one done. My first issue was that she didn’t take off my previous color. When she was putting on the liquid powder, she put a huge chunk of it on. Which resulted in thick nails. The paint job was sloppy, and the design was nothing like I asked for. When we finished she didn’t give me time to look at them and she had me immediately get up and pay. I left and went home. At first glance they looked okay. I went back the next day to see if we could work something out and she said she could fix one nail but I wanted redone. She was very rude and said she wasn’t going to redo them and that because I left meant that “I liked them”. I then asked if she could do anything and she told me she would not. I paid $54 for these nails and had to go somewhere else to get them redone. Plus she blamed the other salon for the nails being thick and painted horribly. Terrible customer service. Instead of her getting upset, she could have offered to take them off or a gift certificate. I’ve never experienced this kind of service from anyone before. Also to mention I had two broken nails and she did take the previous color off those two, but she ripped them off by digging an acrylic nail under it.Service: ManicureI went in to get my nails filled. I went in to get my nails filled. The lady who sits closest to the desk did my nails. This was my first time ever getting one done. My first issue was that she didn’t take off my previous color.
