Horrible. When I told them my daughter wanted black the male manicurist said “No. Black no good, Pink! This color!” My daughter’s been asking for a black manicure for a week and tomorrow is her birthday, she can get black if she wants regardless! I said “No, she wants black with sparkles” he went back and forth with the same answer and my daughter got embarrassed and gave into the pink but luckily he couldn’t even find it. I said “she will have black with sparkles” one more time and he said okay after the 5th time. While he was looking for the pink, I told my daughter we could leave and she doesn’t have to feel pressured but she said she didn’t want to be rude, neither did I so we stayed cause we both would feel bad to just walk out. I chose the same color (BLACK) in solidarity and they did a horrible job on both my daughter and I. They didn’t even paint my full nails, didn’t put more than one coat on my daughter. Didn’t clean up the nails. After we paid and walked out my daughter had tears in her eyes from the anxiety of the experience and said “can we please never come here again, I’m sorry I got nervous to leave before” absolutely horrible.

When and paid for pedi n mani and they wouldn’t do what I asked for on my pedi when I paid more for the service. They lady started arguing with me abt it. I have been there several times before but this is the first time this has happened to me. This women was never one I seen before. They are never busy as it is. But they have just lost another 2 clients maybe they are not busy for this reason. When u pay for something u expect the services to be completed correctly. I was so mad that I didn’t want to even touch my feet anymore. I didn’t finish the pedi bc she just didn’t care how I felt abt MY own feet. When I walk on them daily. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came here twice, the first time they basically just pressured went and put rhinestones on my nails they fell off 5 minutes later after I left and the lines weren’t straight or even. Meanwhile the second time, the lady didn’t put enough glue or the glue was very old and wasn’t working correctly and a few days after a few nails fell off. And I even told her to put more glue and she gave an ATTITUDE and rolled her eyes at me. DO NOT SETTLE and waste your money. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I came here twice, the first time they basically just pressured went and put rhinestones on my nails they fell off 5 minutes later after I left and the lines weren’t straight or even. Meanwhile the second time, the lady didn’t put enough glue or the glue was very old and wasn’t working correctly and a few days after a few nails fell off. And I even told her to put more glue and she gave an ATTITUDE and rolled her eyes at me. DO NOT SETTLE and waste your money. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have been at better.

Let me first start off saying this is my second time here. The first time I was here it was not pleasant but decided to give them another shot being that it was a Friday and they are usually not busy, but that’s for obvious reasons. I received a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was not terrible but it was not great, she didn’t listen to what I wanted. I like short nails and she just didn’t want to cut them how I specified wanting them but rather than argue after asking her multiple times I just left it alone. The scrubbing and massage lasted about 2 seconds, and of course the massage is something most women look forward to. Don’t get me started on the painting, just flat out terrible! It looked like she just didn’t care, most places stay away from the cuticles to make it look clean, she didn’t and put an excess amount of top coat that bled into the sides and made it even worse. I wish for my hands I would’ve just opted out all together. I will definitely save my money next time!

Went for a Mani/Pedi this afternoon since it’s one of the only places near me open on Sunday and they were friendly and did a good job. Not quite sure why there are so many bad reviews. My sister and I enjoyed the little bit of pampering for ourselves.

I don’t know how they could look at the work they do and think it’s acceptable to allow the customer to walk out like that. Not to mention my nails are all different shapes and sizes. Critical: QualityTechnician kept trying to detach sides of my nail and file it. Nobody has ever done that to my nails before. I have a nice straight rectangular nail-beds. All they need to do is clean the cuticles. Started to put glitter on top of the dusty pink I chose without me asking to so to be polite I said just on those two fingers is okay.but I didn’t want glitter. I use glitter over the nails myself once they out grow a little to mask imperfections. The nails are too thick. So disappointed! I’ve had my nails done here before the two women that work here do good nails but customer service is okay . However I recently had the younger man do them. Cause I didn’t think a fill would be that complicated honestly but he managed to try and give me a different yellow then what I had chosen and then he left some blue nail polish from previous nails on the sides and made my fill uneven bumpy and I still have visible of my own nail showing on the sides. And there price board says $ 15 for a fill but he over charged me cause he grabbed gel nail polish without telling me. Sadly never coming back here again and I strongly advise everyone else to be cautious.

This place is terrible. DONT COME HERE. I called ahead to be sure they weren’t too busy and the guy told me I could come in. So I went in to do a fill on my brand new coffin nails. They were super rude and didn’t even talk to me at all. There was a lady that had an appointment about 10 minutes after I came in so I think he was rushed to finish my nails. My nails are in perfect condition before going here but now I have to get a whole new set. Right after they were done the edges were lifting up which shouldn’t have been right after a fill. They get caught on my hair and everything. They aren’t even straight and look wonky. He only did two coats of glitter polish so there’s a bunch of spots with no polish on them. Save yourself the time and money and never come here. I read through the reviews and gave the place a chance but I regret it.
