Alan is the only one who’s nails I LOVE ALWAYS! It is a bit pricey but it’s worth paying when I go with her. I’ve got them done with other lady’s there and the nails are always miss-shaped or the nail polish is lumpy and nails are very thick. If you go there ask for Lisa or Alan. The woman that did my feet was amazing n friendly to talk too. The man how ever wasnt the best acrylic set left bubbles in quite a couple of nails. But over all they were very good. The lady who did my aunt’s nails did an amazing job as well. They definitely sanitize the foot baths and everything, so hands down 10/10 for cleanliness!

If you’re charging $55 for a set of nails I at least expect them to manicure my nails not to just start using the drill. They don’t soak ur nails or remove your cuticle, there’s no cuticle oil applied after they finish, seems like a very incomplete job, which explains why it only takes them 30-40mins for the whole job.

I have gotten multiple sets and pedicures done here and they continue to impress me. Normally I am seated and they started working on me pretty quickly. I’ve gone with several techs and each one has done a good job, even satisfying my need for a perfect coffin shape. This last time I went, they were super busy and I couldn’t wait so I left and got my nails done elsewhere and immediately regretted it because they started breaking within hours. My sets from Royal Nails have always lasted weeks, even months, without breaking. No other salon’s quality has held up to Royal Nails standards so far.

Every time I’ve gone here, I get seated and started right away. Very friendly staff. I’m in the Beauty Industry and can be very difficult to please. I haven’t had a nail break in between visits. They listen to what I want, shape, length and color wise.** Bonus here is the price, Great Prices!! ** I’m so used to paying more and getting poor quality or leaving dissatisfied.

DON’T GO HERE!! I liked this nail salon at first BUT now I’m never going back there again!!!! I don’t know the name of the lady that did my shellac pedicure but if I did I’d list it so people can make sure she never touches your feet or else you’ll get an infection! I had a small ingrown in only ONE of my big toe, she put me through the worst pain ever and now I have an infection because of how recklessly she removed it. I had no issues with my other toe and now both are infected. Also, the guy Ben always makes me bleed whenever he does my toes! I was sitting next to another customer the other day and he hurt her too. It made me realize that he tends to injure other customers as well. Also, if their really busy a lot of the technicians rush through your manicures and pedicures or basically anything they do.
