Critical: CommunicationTo anyone looking for a foot massage, do not go here. Apparently they are too busy to do foot massages. I called today to confirm that it was a good time to come in for a foot massage before I drove there only to be told they no longer do foot massages. In the business name it says foot spa and they have a neon sign advertising foot massages in addition to a large poster advertising Chinese foot reflexology massage. How do they not do foot massages?? I was hoping to use the gift certificate my daughter had given me. I called today to confirm that it was a good time to come in for a foot massage before I drove there only to be told they no longer do foot massages. We booked a 1 hour foot massage… When we got there they said they don’t do foot massage. Wanted to force us to do full body, more expensive massage..Like, it’s literally in the name. And the flashing sign outside that says Foot Massage is a bit misleading

Very professional in approach, Mr. Andy did a wonderful job with back massage. The place is clean and well maintained. He is very courteous and polite. I had been to several other places but Royal Foot Massage is awesome. I will recommend this to others and will visit this place again and again.

I was utterly disappointed and dismayed by our treatment at this place. I’ve had a reflexology massage in the past and thought I’d give this place a try. Bad idea!!!! I bought a Groupon, called and set up an appointment. Arrived at my appointment time; only to be told that I’d have to come back later because they had 2 walk-ins before me. This was stated by the female, however the male was stating to the walk in customers, that he needed to take care of us first because we have and appointment. The female comes over to the man and says” no you stay they can come back later.” Wow!!!! I was stunned by this, and was given no explanation for this treatment. Therefore, I’m concluding, since all the customers in this facility were Caucasian, and I and my daughter were African American. My assumption, is that this young lady really didn’t value our business. Not a problem, I called Groupon got a refund and went to 121 Happy Feet, and was treated with dignity and respect. The massage cost $30, I tipped Vincent $10 for his great service. America really is great because we have the power to choose!

My daughter and I went here tonight for the first time, after our husbands got us gift certificates for mothers day and it was AMAZING!! I have a shoulder that I will be getting surgery on and mentioned it to the gentleman, so he would avoid that area and he did. For the price, it was awesome! I was so pleasantly surprised, we will most definitely be going back soon and often!!!

This place is dirty and cheap. They no longer do foot massages, only private full body massages. It is overpriced and the people giving the massages don’t know what they are doing. It is a sketchy establishment. I was not relaxed the entire time.

Royal Foot Spa is a wonderful place to relax and get a foot massage, but I always opt for the body massage as well (in a private room). Andy is absolutely amazing when I ask him to work on my upper and lower back. Just tell him what or where it hurts and he may know the source of the pain. I try to go every week. I have been satified every time and wish the session wasn’t over yet! Thank you to Andy! I will be back in a week.
