From the moment you walk in the service is friendly and courteous. My sister and I scheduled an appointment at their Bloomfield location and as soon as we walked through the doors I was asked to pick out a color and have a seat at a pedicure chair. I had two separate ladies work on me, the first one gave me an amazing massage and scrub. She made my toe nails look and feel clean with the toe nails shaped beautifully. She even a applied a warm wax to my heal for softening. I then had a second lady paint my toe nails so clean, she didn’t make a single mess. I really recommend this nail salon, even if its a 25 min drive for me I honestly would come here anytime just because the service and skill are excellent. This location also offers SNS in over 50 colors, they also offer gel manicures and pedicures. The ladies here are excellent and excel at customer service.

I don’t want to be a karen but this was kind of a sad time. The woman that saw me was great and super nice but it turned out she had an appointment with another client so I was given to another nail artist. I had no problem with that, I get it but the second woman sat down without asking me what the plan was and she was on facetime during the entire appontment. She began to file my nails in the shape that I specifically asked to avoid and when I told her I didn’t like it she didn’t comment, she just gave me a look and continued. Then, she trimmed my cuticles but instead of trimming my cuticles she was cutting my skin which resulted in my cuticles bleeding a lot, even towards the end of my appointment. I expressed that I was in pain and she said no it’s because your cuticles are long (I have never had a painful cuticle cutting experience). After a few minutes I asked to be given to a new nail tech and she smiled and said no it’s because your cuticles are long. While I was holding back actual tears I told the owner I was uncomfortable and also pointed out the fact that she was actively on facetime with someone as she was doing my nails. The owner did comment to the nail artist about her being on facetime after I switched. I switched to Fernanda and she was super nice and evened out all of the nails. She did a really good job and gave some relief. Also, the foot tubs do not have linings on them. Fernanda did my toes really nice! While fernanda did my toes, the first woman was still on facetime with someone while she was working on another client. I was shook to see that she stayed on facetime after what happened and I was also shook to see someone working on a customer and engaging in a facetime call during it. For days after, my cuticles were still inflamed and hurt. The color began to lift by the cuticles 3 days after abs Around 4 days later they began to scab. 7 days later, the color broke off. It was kind of just really upsetting to me because of the lack of attention and care from the nail artist considering the patience I had with the situation. After all of this happened, the fact that the facetime call was not put down was shocking to me. I suggest asking for Fernanda if you come, she made a really pretty end product. I hate to leave a bad review for the business but I wanted y’all to know.

One thing that I really appreciate is how she respects my nails and doesn’t use the drill on my actual nails like most nail techs do. (That is a deal breaker for me.) I get my nails done occasionally but today it was not good the young lady must have been new I try to give people a chance but she was drilling and filing my cuticles to death, to much SNS she had to replace two nails she put on crooked I let her finish. Then before I left I shared with the owner she tried to make it right not to bad when I left. Yes I will go back but NO NEWBIES

Enjoyed my service. 2nd visit as my 1st visit was rushed and nails were not secured. Contacted them and my nails were corrected and they are holding up beautifully and its been a little over a week as this gel color is supposed to last for 2 weeks. Patricia was my nail tech and Olga thank you as well. I will return to Patricia for a follow up service.

My mom and I made an appt for 10am, we walked in and sat on the couch for 50 minutes waiting to be attended to. Service is horrible, out of the 50 minutes we waited, we were only approached once and told that it would only be a little longer. If there was going to be too much people why set up an appt for 10? Very unprofessional.

I would have given this salon 5 stars 3wks ago but after giving it another try and just leaving I changed my mind. When I went the first time I was so happy I found a new salon that I could call home. The lady that did my nails for the first time was so nice, polite and extremely friendly. I asked he what her name was, come to find out it was the owner doing my nails lol. She polished my nails a marshmallow white. It came out perfect!
