I was ensured my coils would return after 6 months. It’s been 6 months and not only are there no signs of my coils but my hair started falling out immediately. I returned to the shop 4weeks after the application of the keratin treatment and was told the “shedding” was normal. It’s been such a hard journey going natural and after 5 years I now have to start all over. I’m very disappointed!!! I did my research and asked all the right questions and none of it happened the way it was explained. The staff is friendly and professional and I really like Rosy but I did not get the treatment I paid for or was promised!

I am not one to write reviews but ladies let me tell you Rosy is the “goat” when it comes to bringing life to my hair. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and I have never had an issue with time or getting my hair done in a timely fashion. I have been flying from Iowa just to get my hair styled. I am a travel nurse and Rosy is the only hairstylist by far that has been able to keep my hair looking amazing even after working 13 hour shifts. I am always receiving compliments on my hair. The ladies in the shop are all professional hair stylist, special shout out to Natalie, Sabina, and Marcia. Also, I always get my eyebrows done here and ladies we know we just can’t trust anyone with our eyebrows and lashes! I am happy that I have found this establishment. I have recommended all my nurse coworkers, friends, and family here. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Rosy for always bringing life to my natural hair!

Probably will start looking elsewhere again. When i first got my hair dyed + silk press, It was $125. Next time it was $172. I was already surprised but i didn’t mind because I didn’t mind paying for what i wanted. My last experience was not the best. Color wasn’t exactly wanted & i was also charged $250+. Also spent about 5 hours there, i didn’t have time to stay longer. I know everything is going up but it’s excessive. I’ll be considering somewhere else.

The staff did an amazing job. The wash was my absolute favorite part. I wish I would have gotten her name. I took off a star for time. It took me 6 hours here all together for a silk press from start to finish on what the staff called a not so busy day. I loved my wash and my hair so I do recommend but as a mom I just don’t have that kind of time so it’ll probably be my first/last time there. (Sad face) The wash girl was on the bowl to the far right and the stylist was in the second to last seat to the left. Thank you ladies.

It’s like whatever service you want these hairdressers will find a way to swindle a lil extra money out of you! I understand we are in a pandemic but making up prices is not the way. The owners attitude is condescending and fake. If you’re gonna come with these ridiculous prices at least have a better attitude.For all the women thinking of coming here I would say think again. If you are looking for a nice, clean, friendly hair salon filled with professionals …Rosy’s Dominican Hair Salon is the right place for you! Although I can’t remember the young lady’s name who washed, treated and gave me a top-notch hair color…SHE WAS EXCELLENT! I LOVE IT!
