If youre expecting John’s quality, think again. Under new management, which means, although thw new lady seems like a sweet person, she is not skilled at this. Crooked filing of nails, bad nail painting, some of the acrylic application was nice tho. One hand nail length is way different than the other hand’s. Two of my nails already look like they need filling and I just did them today. This was expensive for what I got. If you dont pay too much attention, they look fine, i guess, but not coming back, might as well go to the Luxe Nail Spa in terrell.

I walked in Saturday morning for a Pedi and Mani, I was assisted by Tracie. I haven’t had an experience like the one I had that day in a while from a local nail business. The work and the attention was amazing. I cant decide which one was better. I brought my toddler along and they made it very welcoming and warming for her as well. I Definitely do not recommend going to this place ! My nails are uneven and the white French tips that I got was done poorly, looks like they did them blind folded! I called twice to get the pricing because I don’t carry extra cash on me if I’m just going to one place , once they got done and it was time for me to pay them they charged me an extra $30 to my card!

the lady that did my nails was really polite. and right when you walk in they give you a water and let you choose a color. when you leave they give you a little gift box thing with candies inside. she was very gentle and did very good on my eyebrows.

Hannah and John are great. Their customer service is really good. Hannah took the time to ensure she showed my sister the different color option to ensure she had the effect she wanted. My sister and I had a great time talking with them. She made us laugh a lot. We’re definitely coming back. Our nails came out perfect. Thank you John and Hannah!

Think I found my new nail home! John was so detailed. He made my nails look how they are supposed to. And the price wasn’t bad at all. I gave all five stars, but make sure you go on a day you absolutely have nothing to do on. Slow but good!
