Amber and Jessica are amazing!! You always leave feeling beautiful. Amber always helps my vision feel realized, which isn’t easy with my super curly hair. Jessica is super sweet and patient with my 3 year old boy who wants to know what every single thing is and how it works. He loves going in to get his haircut. Great prices and great atmosphere.

Critical: QualityApparently this gal was new at Roots and I asked for a men’s cut 1” at the neck tapered to 1.5” on the top of my head. The top of my head was left over 2” to 2.25”. The hair was left over my ears and were not trimmed at all. Many areas were different lengths…When she was done she shuffled my hair to one side of my head and asked me how I wear my hair… I replied like it was when I came in. I then showed her. Apparently she payed no attention. She was very slow and did not offer me any confidence what so ever. I had to get my hair repaired after realizing what a poor haircut I received.
