I receive the BEST service at every appointment! The front desk staff is always welcoming and attentive. Shiloh does an AMAZING job on my hair, I get so many compliments after my visits! The ambiance is relaxing, but fun, with plenty of products and other items to browse while waiting. An absolute wonderful, full service salon!!

You’ll be treated and attended to on a first name basis with a complimentary beverage from their amazing clerks, followed by a friendly, professional and relaxing service from your stylist or technician. I, personally, highly recommend Presley for your next hair and/or nail appointment. With a cheerful and fun personality, she loves and appreciates everyone who sits in her chair. I had a great first hair and nail experience with Becky and Alex. Becky took time to learn about my hair and find out what my hair goals are. The cut and color she did were exactly what I was hoping for. I wanted bangs, which can be a scary thing to do, but she did a great job and I’ve had so many compliments. Alex also did a terrific job on my nails. I was unsure of a color/design and left it up to her and she “nailed” it. Will keep coming back for sure.

I am so happy I found Root Salon and Spa. Every time I walk in I feel welcomed and relaxed. Kristen Royster does my nails and they have never looked better. She takes her time and makes sure they are perfect! I have had several facial massages with Chelsea Gerken and the experience is amazing! She has me relaxed and feeling refreshed in less than an hour. Honestly- this is a must do! These ladies are the best! I highly recommend Root Salon and Spa.

I scheduled a neck massage with Chelsea for some neck tension I was having. It was my first visit with her, but will not be my last! She was so patient and kind and truly made me feel comfortable. I had a hot wax treatment on my hands while she did the massage and it was glorious. Afterwards, she walked me through some instruction to do at home to keep my body stretched out and recommended some products to use. I ended up scheduling out into March 2023 with her!
