I made an appointment for my husband, and was so so happy with the results! We have tried a few places and just couldn’t find a stylist to work with my husband’s hair. Bri did an amazing job! Highly recommend Bri. The salon is also very nice, and had suckers which made our toddler happy, waters and soda as well.

Great experience for both my husband and child. We had to be rescheduled due to our stylist being out sick but didn’t know it due to roosters having input my husbands phone number incorrectly (he has a 765 area code this happens all the time to him) the woman profusely apologized and we got him rescheduled. The customer service was exemplary during our interaction. People get sick, I get it. Keep up the awesome job at your Plymouth location!

Critical: ProfessionalismI thought I finally found a good barber shop until I had a hair cut with Loury today. I used to get my hair cut with Mike. He is good. He got skills and friendly. Today, I was late and missed my appointment with him so walked in and paired up with Loury. Oh…gosh….in short, really bad experience. I understand that everyone has bad days. If that’s the case for her, then she shouldn’t have come to work today. I am not that picky person and tried to not to make any problem to celebrate Friday! But, she crossed the line too much. Other than my bad experience with Loury , I would recommend this place. It is clean and other staffs are nice except one. I feel like I am not going back. That’s just me. I thought I finally found a good barber shop until I had a hair cut with Loury today. I used to get my hair cut with Mike. He is good. He got skills and friendly. He pressed really hard against my head with the hair trimmer to at some point my head was throbbing for a little while. I got a fade haircut and we did the medium fade but he didn’t do well with the detail, it also could have used a little bit more blending. He did not really speak to me the whole time which is okay I guess but just felt like he didn’t really want to be there cutting my hair. I have been a customer of yours for over a year with a frequency of coming in every 3 weeks. Rehema used to be my person and she did amazing work. Unfortunately this will be my last time coming to the roosters.
