Used services for over a year with good results. Last three appointments have been terrible. 1st was a new barber who didn’t listen to requests (ended up with a fully lined up fade after asking for a trim), but is no longer on staff so I guess that helps. 2nd was a system mix up that booked me with the wrong barber. Latest was an appointment that was cancelled due to barber out of office. I’m ok with barber having other issues, but new receptionist assured me she called me twice to reschedule. However, I have no missed calls or messages.. Instead of offering to place on walk-in list, I was invited to visit the website and reschedule again for Saturday onward.

You won’t ever catch me walking into this place again. I got a simple haircut/cleanup that took less than 10 minutes to do and was charged $40. It was a mediocre haircut at best. Don’t recommend coming here, go to an actual mens barbershop. Haircut

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismGot a hair cut here recently. Went during lunch on a weekday, and the place was completely dead. One stylist and one receptionist, and absolutely no wait at all. My stylist did a good job, and took the time to get it right, going back and taking the time to redo something that I didn’t like. However, it’s difficult to tell if I would have received the same level of attention at a busier time. Overall, one of the better haircuts that I have had, but it was pricy. I got a shampoo and a hot towel out of it, so at least I got similar service to other more expensive men’s salons.They recently raced prices and now a simple haircut is over $40. Got a hair cut here recently. Went during lunch on a weekday, and the place was completely dead. One stylist and one receptionist, and absolutely no wait at all. My stylist did a good job, and took the time to get it right, going back and taking the time to redo something that I didn’t like. Positive: QualityAmber has been cutting my hair since 2013, so this review is REALLY long overdue. She is incredibly talented to say the least. Her attention to detail is on another level and she is just incredibly consistent with her work. Even when she is busy she takes her time and just does a wonderful job. It is hard to find people that work like this, she is very passionate about what she does and it shows. I have a feeling that most of the employees at this location are pros when it comes to cutting hair, but I cannot recommend Amber enough. Amber has been cutting my hair since 2013, so this review is REALLY long overdue. She is incredibly talented to say the least. Her attention to detail is on another level and she is just incredibly consistent with her work. Even when she is busy she takes her time and just does a wonderful job. Only reason this place gets a 5 is because of Hussein. He’s professional and does a great job. Otherwise, rating would be much different.

I supported this business throughout the whole pandemic. I first thought about leaving during my one appointment where the lady cutting my hair dropped the clippers and still used them which ended up pulling my skin/hair and then started catching my ear twice. I decided she might of had a bad day and decided to come back a month later where I scheduled an appointment. After arriving 2 people with the same appointment time skipped me and I didn’t get to go until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Once I sat there I told them to give me my usual (which is in the system) and she told me I wasn’t in the system. At this point I decided that after almost getting my ear cut off a 30 minute delay while getting skipped while others and back pain from the uncomfortable seats wasn’t worth the overprice haircut. I will be finding a different barber and regret trying to support what I thought was a good business throughout the pandemic.

I truly enjoy all the services at this facility. Scheduling and managing an appointment is extremely easy using the app. Top notch customer service. They ensure to always make you feel very welcome upon arrival. All Master Barbers are very knowledgeable and professional. My son and I particularly enjoy Master Barber Jennifer. We followed her from the Ashburn grooming center; about ten miles out of my way but worth it as she is very pleasant to work with and provides great tips when styling and shaving. We see her twice a month for monthly cut and clean up appointments. She is even flexible when I have that last minute business trip. I plan on continuing this relationship as long as possible.

Staff is friendly. Amber is a professional stylist that will get you lined out and looking your best. The management needs to do a better job of having consistent working lights that match. I never understand why the stylists don’t have mats to stand on and save their back and feet. I figured that would be an OSHA standard.
