I don’t recommend this place because this is just a business and that’s it. I went here twice but each time my hair was not the way I wanted it. This means that the staff here don’t know anything. They charge a lot of money but they don’t do anything right. Please choose this place. Don’t do it and don’t waste your money. I was going to a party. My hair was styled a little. When I got to my house, my hair was straight again. Even the ingredients are not right. When I called, they told me that the salon is closed and we can’t do anything for you. Please, please, here is the money. Don’t waste your time

a friend recommended this place and i made an appointment with niloo at 12. I came on time and no one was there but the receptionist. she was really nice and offered to cut my hair and said Niloo wont be coming. I really needed a hair cut so i decided to give her a chance even though Niloo didnt make it to the appointment. I wanted layers and basically all i got was a trim. when i went home it was a straight trim. really dissapointing… my hair looks the same just shorter

Catastrophic experience! I went to Roop Hair Salon to have my hair balayaged with Nikki. I showed her the picture and she said she could make it. But she was deceiving me, since she did highlight instead of balyage. She started wrapping my hair with foil in bleach, and after 30 mins my hair got hot. I told her its getting hot, but she ignored it and told me that it was normal, without even bothering to touch the foils to see what I was talking about! Sure enough my hair and scalp started burning. I was screaming and begging them to take the foils off. It was really painful! They told me foils were too hot to be touched, and they did not even bother to glove up. After 5 mins of burning under that serious chemical temperature they eventually took them off. Back part my hair turned pale, and melted, and my scalp got red and irritated. She even overcharged me, because she said that I had susceptible hair. very rudely and greedy!!! See the picture for the end result of this horrible experience.

I recently moved and I travel 45 min from Fulshear (passing up all of the salons in Katy and some in Houston) to get here. Too many bad experiences with other threaders and these ladies have always been consistent and so friendly. Place is always clean and professional. I recently moved and I travel 45 min from Fulshear (passing up all of the salons in Katy and some in Houston) to get here. Too many bad experiences with other threaders and these ladies have always been consistent and so friendly. Place is always clean and professional. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to Houston and decided to give this place a try. Very friendly ladies however I would not recommend this place for amazing defined brows. I also threaded my face which I’ve done before but the thread over threaded some areas so my skin began to react & pull off in tiny areas. She threaded certain areas on the face that are normal not threaded like right under the eyes. However I was mildly satisfied.

I loved the outcome when the lady did my eyebrow. The reason I’m giving this place a 3 stars was due to non of the staff here were wearing a mask. They are coming close contact with you without a mask and that made me feel uncomfortable.

I went here for my first eyebrow threading on my friend’s recommendation, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! While it was a little pricey, it was totally worth it – the staff are so sweet and efficient, and they really made me feel comfortable and welcome. I’m looking forward to trying out their other services the next time I go!
