I will come back and update this if I get my refund which I have been trying to get for over three weeks. I had not had the product for more than 5 days and was charged. I called to cancel and get a refund. They were insistent on getting me to try the product for a longer period and I refused. They kept trying and I was constantly saying “NO!” They finally agreed to return my money minus a restocking fee of $20.00 once they received the product. I mailed the product back they received it 2 weeks ago, still I haven’t received my refund. I called again today and they are saying I will receive my refund in 3-5 business days. I believe they are scamming people also.

Worst company in the WORLD to deal with!!! They charge you even tho the order was cancelled. the product doesn’t work thus I cancelled the order and they still billed me ! get ready for loads of aggravating phone calls for a refund. 1st they tell you u don’t have to return product then they want it back but u have pay for the shipping! They’ll off you 20% up to 70% off product to keep using it. Then regarding the refund they offered me various percents deducted from the $103. charge. And she said $3.00 of that bill was for shipping yet I never rec’d any product b/c the order was already cancelled. So charge me for shipping- shipping what?!?!?!?

I received 2 RMA numbers to return 2 unopened products. I returned both products, in the same box, on 3/17/20. I received one refund to my credit card within a few weeks, but have NEVER received the second refund. I have called numerous times, but no results. I am always told my issue has been escalated to the proper department and they will take care of the refund. I have been waiting 4 1/2 months for my refund. `

Big scam. Did not agree to their terms and cancelled my online purchase. They captured my card number and sent anyway. Have sent email for a return label and am blocking them from my bank. I was told they are testing to see how it reacts to different skin types. REALLY??

I’ve read some reviews about this company and looks like others have had the same experience I had with dealing with customer service. I have tried bottles of retinol serum and jars of Prache cream…. nothing great and expensive! I called to cancel months ago and still sent more and charged my account. I called again today and they tried to give me discounts and delayed payments! I said “cancel”. They also go by different names on your bank statement. If not a scam…. a bad company.

Never ordered and was charged 2.95 and 5.95 by two different companies. Now being charged 103.00 and 109.00 and was told I should have cancelled before 30 days when I had nothing to cancel. I am disputing with cc company. They have used 4 different names when charging me and the box has a different name but all the same company. This is nothing but a scam.

Nothing but a scam. Many phone calls trying to cancel , told for 6 straight days system was down and would get a call in 24 hrs. Also told everyone was busy on the phone, when I said I would hold I was put on hold for 1 minute, then told a supervisor said I could not hold. System down??? But they knew my name , and address? The next morning @ 6:00 am charged my card $ 103.00. Well sorry scamers my bank alerted me 2 minutes after you charged my card and I was able to cancel my card SCAME!!!!!

Do not order from here. I tried Collagen Retinol cream and Intense Repair Serum, 3 weeks no difference at all with cream, full bottle of serum no change. So product a rip off I do not suggest Prache products! Also company very pushy on offering you to continue trying for “It works” well it doesn’t. They Also try to offer discounts and delay on payments! Don’t go there! I am finally getting to return containers and cancel act. But I have to pay a $20. Restocking fee! this sucks!

TOTAL SCAM. Do NOT order these products. You are given a 14 day trial then a bill for $103 & $109. There was no invoice, billing info or any other insert. Upon calling to dispute charges, I was told they would cancel any further subscriptions which I was totally unaware of. Offered me a discounted rate until I saw other BBB complaints. I am returning for refund but $20 stocking fee. BUYER BEWARE
