This was my first time at Rock Star nails but I will definitely be going back! I was unsure what I wanted so I let the nail artist decide and they turned out AMAZING!! I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great nail place. My nails look fabulous and Everyone was super friendly! Went in on a Sunday afternoon. Wasn’t too busy. Had lots of employees there, got me back in less than 5 min. Staff are friendly, place is clean. If you are sensitive to smells, be aware of the strong chemical smell. They do a lot of nails! I come here everytime I need my nails done. In my opinion, best in town. Complimentary water or soda.

I got these on the 23rd of December there should be no reason that they are already chipped and I told the guy I wanted them shorter and he wouldn’t do that and there was paint all over my fingers and top coat all over as well. This was not worth the money I payed. The guy was really aggressive as well.

Horrible Customer Treatment!!!! They were upset because I did not want to use gel polish so instead they did my nails so quickly I ended up with a cut and The polish on almost every finger does not match, I am guessing this is a way for them to punish clients that do not want to pay extra for GEL!!!

I was visiting from out of town and needed immediate nail care services as my acrylic nails started to lift. I called Rock Star Nails and they got me in within a few hours. Ken did a fabulous job and I was in and out in under 40 minutes, which is amazingly quick for a fill. My mermaid blue nails are gorgeous! I would definitely recommend Rock Star Nails! The price was competitive and fair.

I booked a Mani/pedi for myself and my preteen daughter for mommy daughter time. The atmosphere and host were very pleasant, but that’s about where the pleasant ended. The technicians doing our services were less than friendly. One got upset with my daughter for going into the bathroom to wash her hands like she was told to do, because she didn’t know there was another sink out in the service area. He also got upset with her for asking to change her toenail color (well before he started painting) after he told us he couldn’t do the polish design she had picked for her hands (she wanted them to match). We usually bring pictures with us of nail designs we’d like; all fairly simple. Nothing very complicated. And we were told that they were incapable of doing those designs. Even the absolute most simple design we ended up getting, that I could have literally done myself, was met with “I don’t know, I’ll try my best”. Doesn’t quite match the “Rockstar Nails” that their name implies. Not to mention our total at the end was astronomical compared to other places we have gone for the same services. I would not return here, nor recommend this place to anyone else.

Horrible experience!!! The nail tech kept hurting my finger tips and messing up (not to mention two other techs correcting his technique multiple times during my session). I did request a different nail tech but he just apologized and continued. My nails ended up turning out nothing like I requested and looked so bad! While explaining my concerns to the tech the supervisor approached and was extremely rude. He quickly raised his voice when I said I wasn’t happy with my nails. He went on to say that he didn’t think they were ugly and for me to pay full price. He eventually gave me a choice to get them redone by a different tech which I agreed to. The second tech had to completely redo my nails due to how bad they were. However, the second tech was very professional and did a great job.

Koko is the owner of this salon & he’s an absolute rock star himself. He’s kind, patient, will attempt any nail idea I bring to him, & does it all with style. He’s the best of the best & I wouldn’t want to go to any other salon, I’ve tried a few. Highly 10/10 recommend going to rockstar nails, if you’re wanting your nails to look their best
