When I lived in the Poconos I was a regular customer of Pat’s. I love her work and have always been happy with the services I received at fair prices. Today I had my hair cut, highlighted and keratin treated. In the past this was very affordable. Prices have gone up considerably. So the quality is definitely there, however the increase in prices makes this a prohibitive service for me. I will never spend $600 on my hair again. But I do like the fresh look. So I definitely recommend Robert Jillian’s, however if you are on a tight budget like me ask about cost.

Pat is an artist of color with hair. The first time I went I got Keratin treatment colored cut and highlighted all in one trip they all worked on my hair Marcel and I cant remember the other women’s name I am sorry and of course Pat did an amazing job and the prices are just right. The amount of attention to detail is unreal they make sure before you leave everything is perfect . Not only that they are a blast to talk with I laughed so much it was great. This was the second time I have been there it is quite the distance from my home but well worth it. Pat is an artist of color with hair. The first time I went I got Keratin treatment colored cut and highlighted all in one trip they all worked on my hair Marcel and I cant remember the other women’s name I am sorry and of course Pat did an amazing job and the prices are just right. The amount of attention to detail is unreal they make sure before you leave everything is perfect . Not only that they are a blast to talk with I laughed so much it was great. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! I asked for and up do and to have some curls up and some hang down. The lady gathered one section of hair in the back put and elastic in it and curled the rest of my hair. No part of my hair was ever put up!!!! When she was done she never even showed me the back of my hair. Then had the nerve to charged me $85.00 for something that looked like who done it and ran. I was mortified. I told her I was going to a fancy wedding. Never again will I ever go back. Oh and when I got there she said the card machine was down and I needed to pay cash, Never mention it was own when I made the appt. So then I had to leave and go to the ATM across the parking lot and come back.

Since moving to Saw Creek I have used Robert Jillian Salon. I have always enjoyed going there and getting good haircuts and color. This last time was not an exception except that PAT doubled the price! Since when is anything doubled, especially now during Covid19 That is so wrong! While cutting my hair she said she had to raise prices. (The prices are not posted) so I thought to myself ok, but I was shocked to have to pay double and they only accept cash. I have lost faith in who I thought was my hair stylist, I’ll be going elsewhere and will never recommend her again. Buyer beware.

I went in with really messed up bleach hair and the owner really came in and worked her magic! I’m in love with my hair now! The owner stood after hours to fix my hair and she even waited for me to fix my hair! I truly am happy with this place! The atmosphere was amazing everyone was friendly!! I would highly recommend this place! Prices are affordable and you would honestly not regret it!!!! Love this place!!!

I have tried so many salons since moving from NJ and could not find any that did my hair the way I wanted. Then I found Robert Jillian Salon. Their stylists are top quality. Their training is New York quality. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants quality work

I was the matron of honor for my best friend’s wedding. She booked her appointment at the salon in advance, but when she got there her stylist wasn’t there. The one who was said she could not do the updo she had scheduled for. She made a mess out of her hair and we had to redo it at home. To make matters 1000x worse she made a bun in the flower girl’s hair that was so tight her mother had to take it out…including THE RUBBER BAND she used to tie it up. Not sure what cosmetology school the staff at this salon flunked out of but the experience was extremely unprofessional and added unnecessary stress to the bride’s special day.

I wish I could give this horrible establishment negative stars. The owner Patricia was just the nastiest person I have ever met in my life. Stay far away and don’t waste your time or your money. I had an appointment and she still took other people who came in after me. She was not able to finish my hair because she was so slow and worked on 2 others at the same time. She charged me $40 to wash my hair because she couldnt finish. She was so mean and I warn you to stay away. Head over to George at shear envy which is a minute away..they are kind and professional and the complete opposite of this place thank God they saved me on my sister’s wedding day.
