Had an appointment. Showed up. They wanted paperwork done before arrival… fine but the only notice I ever got was a text to install an app. Really? This is 2023! Who do you expect to install an app from an unexpected, unsolicited text? It didn’t even have the clinic name anywhere in it! They refused to see us and cancelled the appointment, saying the paperwork would take at least 40 minutes. Was told that we couldn’t fill it out while the patient was being seen. Paperwork was done in 10 minutes. They could have been accommodating but chose not to be. Took a day off from work to bring my daughter in. What a waste!

Dr. Jawitz and his staff seemed highly competent and professional. My dermatologic check-up went smoothly and expeditiously. The entire staff were very pleasant – special “thank you” to one of the two front desk ladies who apologized to me at least two times for having to wait a couple of minutes, as she was busy with another patient. No apologies needed at all – I regret not retaining her name (dark skin complexion, extremely polite).
