The spa was so relaxing. My masseuse did a fantastic job and I left feeling amazing. They have a hot tub, sauna, and steam room for you to relax in after you massage, fruit water, cold towels so you don’t overheat, and calming music.It was very much worth going.

Made my appointment on 11/29 for a 12/19 morning massage. I get a call 12/18 afternoon they needed to cancel. This is after they called about 3 times without leaving a message. Finally left me a message, so I called back immediately and no one answered, and also didn’t bother listening to the voicemail I left, since they called yet again when we were on our way to the casino. They did offer an appointment but it was much later in the day, and that didn’t work for us.

My husband and I went in for services. He received a massage and pedicure. He said it was the best pedicure he ever had and the massage was good too. I received the Nov. special. The facial was awesome and I had my nails done. They don’t do acrylics so the gal just hand filed and painted with gel polish. They looked very nice when she was done so we were both thrilled with the services but the main reason I am writing this review is due to the fact that we were both missing money when we came out. Do not leave money in your lockers or you may come up short. Manager was concerned and called security to document incident but security was rude and acted as if I was not telling the truth! I am hoping that this review may start a chain of others that also had money stolen and create a timeline that the manager can use to catch the thief

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismVERY disappointed in the River Rock Spa front desk staff. We received a text reminder for a couple’s massage on a Thursday. We called and had to leave a message that we were cancelling. On Friday, we received another reminder, so called again and left a message that we were cancelling and wanted to re-schedule. No call and we received another reminder on Saturday. Called again and was able to talk with someone to cancel and reschedule. Sunday, 15 minutes after our appointment was supposed to begin, we received a call from staff wondering if we were on our way! We explained that we had cancelled and rescheduled. Tuesday we decided to call and double-check our reservation for this coming Sunday – and it never got booked! So frustrated!! Date of visit was Sunday, 9/15/19. My wife and I had a 50-minute couple’s Swedish massage. Excellent! No complaints. However, my wife had a manicure with gel done that chipped away, polish came off as well, two (2) days later. Bad manicure. Waste of money. Manicure done by Carly. Not sure we will return.

This is a family favorite. We went the Saturday after Christmas and it was extremely busy but we still thoroughly enjoyed it. I got a massage from Dustin. He did a great job! I relaxed so deeply that I think I feel asleep for a bit. I particularly loved his use of essential oils.

Spent $90 on a pedicure that did not address a ingrown toenail (that I mentioned twice). Massage was 5-7 minutes tops (and not good). I paid $30 extra for an additional 30 minutes to add and remove my gel polish. I did not receive an extra 30 minutes and finished at the same time as my friend who did not have gel polish. The just shortened my massage. I get a better pedicure for half the price at my local salon. I have had pedicures at this price in other spas. They included 30-45 minute massages and free mimosas. No worth the money.
