Went to Megan on a whim after my birthday completely trusting my friend who recommended me her awhile ago, and I am beyond happy and grateful. My hair was so long and made me feel not the best version of myself, It’s so hard finding someone and she was amazing and so sweet I even got a gift bag afterwards for Christmas! The first pic was my before the short hair is my after I wish I had more social media so I could rave about her more. She made me feel beautiful thank you so much Megan and everyone at the Salon such a welcoming presence at the Ritz!

Got a haircut from Megan yesterday, and I’m so pleased! As a toddler mom, I hardly ever get to the hair dresser and was long overdue for a haircut. Megan was so sweet from the beginning and super down to earth. She listened to what I wanted but also gave her professional opinion when asked to cut a little more. I can respect that as she said she can take more off but can’t put hair back on! The cut turned out to be just what I wanted. I’ll be back to see her for sure!

I have not pampered myself in years. Probably 20 or so. My husband recently died, and I had to start going again. My daughter made appointments for us for the funeral. She did something really drastic to my hair. I was in a daze so I was like whatever. I needed it cut and thinned really badly. It had been a long while. Dawn got hers done with another hairdresser. She was completely unhappy with the results. Redid it when we got home. I was in shock with mine and afraid I would be made fun of. I was used to getting compliments on my old hairstyle. When we got to gravesite and especially after, by my daughter-in-law and her mother no less I was made a fool of. They kept pointing at me and laughing. Other people stared at me like I was a freak. It was hard to care for too. Next time I asked for a little off and she was upset I didn’t like her style and went crazy and chopped it down to a man’s cut. I don’t like it. I got her full attention and a drink, and felt pampered. I was offered a drink one other time. I always had to wait on her. She is always late for me. Now I am being worked in while she is working on someone else. I don’t get the attention. She is in too big of a hurry. This last time she rushed so much because another old lady was waiting to finish her perm. She did a lousy job of cutting, and my hair was still wet when I walked out the door. I don’t like being squeezed in. I like my time too. It is the only thing I do for myself and I want to feel pampered, important, made feel welcome, and feel pretty when I leave. I am hurt, and don’t feel valued.
