I came in and had acrylic nails put on for a formal function. 2 nails fell off before the end of the night and another 2 the following day. I went back and the shop was empty, however the technician wanted me to return later. However, at this point all of the nails have come off. $70 down the drain. I want a refund and an apology. This is disgraceful and bad business. No one should patronize this establishment.

Does not give student discount despite signage in the window saying so. Refused to give me my student discount for powder nails (said it was only for gel) despite giving me a discount for powder nails a few weeks earlier. Yes, I had my Student ID. No, there was no signage anywhere that said this. Take your money to a place that doesn’t use misleading business practices/outright lie.

Nice place and nice employees, my tech was friendly and sweet but she pinched my finger 3 times during my acrylic refill which I understand accidents happen but $65 for a REFILL!!!! I go to a place in Doylestown normally but couldn’t get there in time this month and they charge $35 for a refill and my nails are perfect and last 3+ weeks. I’ve had these for a week and they already are falling apart, nice people but the prices are outrageous for the quality and for that alone I will be sticking to my nail tech or elsewhere cheaper in the city.

The set up is nice the message was great the quality of the nails not good I went on Wednesday to have my nails done. However today is Friday and my nails have chipped the gel nail polish is already peeling they told me my nails was 50 then 55 when they was done for the same thing they charged my daughter 75 both nails are messed up poor quality but nice ppl I may go back for a message but not my nails……the shape is off and everything before I went in I had coffin shaped this shape is idk 1990 maybe! But you get what you pay for so I’m going back to my nail tech to pay $150 at least I know they will last ♀️

I am so pleased with the services here. I was a walk in at 6pm on a Friday evening and they were able to take me for a spa gel pedicure. It was absolutely what I needed after a day of shopping and museum exploring. The spa pedicure includes a scrub, wrap, the pedicure itself, then a very luxurious long foot massage and leg massage followed by a hot stone quick massage which further helped with relaxation. The service was long enough for me to have both massage preset routines in the massage chair (maybe even a third if I didn’t waste so much time with picking colors—so many gel options!!) and then she offered the complimentary 3 min massage and she not only applied ample pressure to work out the knots the machine couldn’t but she also stretched me to really get the kinks out. I wish I got my lady’s name but I was basically jello by the time I paid and walked out of there, every bit relaxed and wonderfully surprised. Totally recommend—treat yourself!

I’ve been here a few times and it’s usually been just OK. But the last time I went for a mani-pedi, I brought my own nail polish and top coat from home and my manicurist thinned them out without telling or asking me. They were not regular polishes so it ruined them, and they were only 1 month old. After my polish only lasted a few days, chipped and cracked because of this.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuethe best nailery I think I’ve ever experienced. all of the nail technicians are super pretty and sweet. I didn’t get the techs name that worked with me, but she took her time and did a great job with my manicure. then she offered me a free massage while my nails were drying!

I just moved into town and pass the place daily so decided to check it out and I am so happy I did! I was welcomed with friendly faces and had excellent service! They took their time to make sure my nails looked perfect and they give complimentary massages while your nails dry!!! I was extremely happy with everything and will definitely make this my new spot.

I just came from there. Don’t like the set i got. $55 for something that was rushed. she kept complaining about how “ long “ my nails were.. I really don’t recommend anyone getting anything but a simple manicure. they weren’t trained to acrylics at ALL. shape is completely ugly. i’m higly disappointed and will not being going back .

This is by and far my favorite place to go for a pedicure in Philly. They take the time to do a wonderful job and have clean amenities. The staff are absolutely fantastic, friendly and professional and you really can’t beat a neck massage while you wait for your nails to withdraw.
