I have been going here since it opened. It used to be 5 stars but my last few experiences have not been great. They are incredibly busy, they often will do manicure during pedicure to save time. Which would be fine but I always feel like my gel manicures are rushed. For the price, I feel like the skill levels are not there for all the girls. They are all incredibly kind and attentive, but my gel from my last gel manicure peeled on 2 nails. The ends were very thick and the other nails didn’t cure properly and ended up soft and sticky after a hot shower. I think if they took less appointments per slot, they would be able to take their time. It is a very clean salon and my pedicures are always fantastic.

I had an amazing pedi; what’s more, although I’d booked on-line I wanted to see the main menu so that I could remind myself what service I’d like, this was easily accommodated without the bat of an eyelid (I did arrive early for my appointment just in case). What made the experience outstanding—the lovely professionalism of my aesthetician, the warmth of the atmosphere, soft sounds and no awful TV to distract your mind, it’s so easy to relax and enjoy the experience.

Have been a customer for a while. Walked in, they sat me down for a pedicure and with my feet already in the water they told me I need to get up and move because they had people book online that wanted to sit together. They told me since I was a walk in they would prioritize the people who booked online. How does that make any sense? Incredibly unprofessional and rude.

Absolutely love this place! The salon is immaculate, the staff treats you like family and the nail color selection is vast. What I most like about this place is that they specialize in nails only, no waxing, no 10 minute massages, no pressure to buy up. These ladies are master manicurist. The service is consistently excellent! The owner has gone to great lengths to distinguish her business from the rest and it shows in the quality of service!
