Critical: Professionalism, ValueI failed to mention previously, that I received a phone call from the salon that if I took off the negative review, I would get my money back. Not a good way to do business and no thank you!I had my hair colored at this salon. I told the stylist that I would like my roots to be touched up and not to be red or dark with an ash color at around 6.5. She dyed my hair where it came out red and later when I was dissatisfied with the color, she applied something to create a dark brown look (color tone 5). The stylist was sloppy when applying the color. Normally, a good colorist divides the in between hairs nicely and finely. Not the case here – no attention to detail. Overall I paid about $100 and received a color I didn’t ask for. Ash color should not have a red tone. The colorist had no idea what she was doing nor how the colors worked when applied to hair.Furthermore, I believe the hair color to be of inferior quality since its been 4 days and the grey is starting to come through.Absolutely not a pleasant experience and a waste of my time and money!Service: Hair coloringI failed to mention previously, that I received a phone call from the salon that if I took off the negative review, I would get my money back. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBryan is amazing. Me & my sisters have been going to Bryan for years. We love his work! He’s very friendly and know what he’s doing. It takes us an hour to drive here but it’s so worth it. He never disappoints. We would never go to anyone else besides Bryan from now on!
