I’m so happy that I did.. she is so AMAZING! super nice, her energy was amazing from the start and asked what inspiration picture I had for my hair and she definitely delivered! <3 tysm!!!! I was able to make an appointment online and talk/text with a hair stylist. Crystal was polite and professional and walked me through the process. I’ve never been to a salon before. Day of appointment came and Crystal, although unavailable, quickly scheduled me with Richard. She never dropped a beat and contacted me asap regarding scheduling issues. When I got to the salon Richard made me feel welcomed and at ease about the whole process. He was fantastic and very personable. Prior to the hair cut Richard gave me a consultation and put me at ease. I had long hair since I was 17 and I was going short almost 20yrs later. Bottom line is I got a great hair cut. The service was amazing. I spent less than I expected and I am very satisfied. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you Richard and Crystal. Oh the atmosphere was very chic and trendy. It seemed like a place for the pretty. I didn’t feel like I should be there but I left feeling welcomed and taken care of.

My gf purchased a Groupon for a haircut to try this place out for the first time. After scheduling her first cut they called and rescheduled 3 different times. They then called back the day of her haircut to be told you stylist doesn’t take the coupon so you have to be rescheduled again the following week and that there was nothing they could do. This was now too late to get a haircut for our vacation wasting her week. When you offer a coupon for your company you should honor it, this was very frustrating for her and me to have to find another salon. Safe to say they lost our buisness.

Nicole Fink,at Ricciolos Salon in La Verne, gave me a beautiful updated balayage color & cut. The atmosphere was friendly, relaxing, clean & everyone including Nicole was attentive to my every desire for snacks, coffee, tea or wine if I wished.

PHONY. If you go through the Groupon app they false advertise that you will get a deep conditioning treatment. Also they don’t mention anywhere that you will be charged an extra $10 if you have what they think is long and thick hair. My haircut was whatever nothing special for me…kinda sad(owner wrote that comment to pretend they care…they have never contacted me it’s just a front)

I have naturally spiral curly hair and was on a hunt to find my stylist. Upon my review on the praises given to Lora Johnson; I wanted to give her a try. So, I tried to book her through Ricciolo salon and found out that she is no longer with them. However, he “receptionist” informed me that Lora highly trained Crystal Bell in “cutting” curly hair; since this was a BIG concern for me. Well, I guess the “cutting” was the keyword that I really should have paid closer attention to. Since anyone can cut curly hair; even a baboon…… but I didn’t.… so I went.

everyone was nice and the place is beautiful. i asked to have 2 inches cut off my hair and they cut way more than that. my gradual ombre wasnt so gradual. never went back for my follow up bleaching. went some where else to get it fixed. paid too much money to get my hair jacked up
