Positive: ProfessionalismI made an appointment with Katherine because I desperately needed a color correction. Katherine was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to ask alot of questions and walked me through the entire process. It took all day but it was so worth it. I was really nervous but, I went from hating my hair color to loving it again. I made another appointment the next month to get the color where it was supposed to be in the first place, it had to be done in stages. I made an appointment with Katherine because I desperately needed a color correction. Katherine was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to ask alot of questions and walked me through the entire process. It took all day but it was so worth it. I was really nervous but, I went from hating my hair color to loving it again. I made another appointment the next month to get the color where it was supposed to be in the first place, it had to be done in stages. I can’t say enough about how great the experience was and will definitely be back!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI scheduled a simple trim & style with this salon. The stylist washed and straightened my hair before trimming it straight across my back without lifting for measure. This was my first time seeing this technique but I’m not a stylist so I didn’t say anything. A few days later, my coworker noticed that my hair was uneven. The right side was a few inches longer than the left side. I asked a few more friends and they confirmed my suspicions. I called in and spoke with someone who scheduled for me to come in and have a manager “recut” my hair. Awesome! I block out my lunch period and a few extra minutes thinking that I would be getting my hair washed and straightened and cut correctly this time. I go in for the cut correction, the manager literally cut my (naturally wavy) hair DRY. I’m pretty sure it is still uneven (as my hair was wavy for the dry cut) but to avoid conflict, I didn’t say a word and let her cut it. I will never visit this salon again. I scheduled a simple trim & style with this salon. The stylist washed and straightened my hair before trimming it straight across my back without lifting for measure.
