Critical: QualityThis is the worst hair salon I have ever been to. The lady who did my hair is an older lady who wears glasses, I do not know her name as it was my first and definitely last time going to this place. To my understanding she has been working there for many years, I honestly don’t understand how or why she is still working there because she does a horrible job and doesn’t even seem to enjoy working there or seem to like her job. She treats customers very rudely and has a nasty attitude and doesn’t listen to what you want and does whatever she wants with your hair which results in a very choppy and messy job. This is the worst hair salon I have ever been to. The lady who did my hair is an older lady who wears glasses, I do not know her name as it was my first and definitely last time going to this place. To my understanding she has been working there for many years, I honestly don’t understand how or why she is still working there because she does a horrible job and doesn’t even seem to enjoy working there or seem to like her job. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in for a hair cut and was helped by Martha she was so nice and welcoming she asked for want kind of hair cut I wanted she showed me pictures and gave suggestions and she then helped me choose my hair cut and afterwards she waxed my eyebrows she did such a great job with both things I will be going back to get my hair dyed by her as well she does great work ….if you go in I recommend you ask for her because there are some stylists in there that are not so friendly I only spoke to one other stylist while I was there and she was so rude I didnt catch her name but she had long hair and she wore glasses she is so unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome she doesn’t have good customer serviceI went in for a hair cut and was helped by Martha she was so nice and welcoming she asked for want kind of hair cut I wanted she showed me pictures and gave suggestions and she then helped me choose my hair cut and afterwards she waxed my …More
