Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality10/10 recommend! I go to Logan for my lashes. I would never trust anyone but Logan to do my lashes! She is so sweet and kind. She does amazing lashes. Logan has everything set up for each appointment and is always prepared! She shows up and does such a fabulous job. She is like my therapist when I go! It’s like a 2 in one deal! Lashes and therapy! She is by far the best out there! She is very professional and makes sure I am comfortable. She uses really good quality lashes and glue. 10/10 recommend! I go to Logan for my lashes. I would never trust anyone but Logan to do my lashes! She is so sweet and kind. She does amazing lashes. Logan has everything set up for each appointment and is always prepared! She shows up and does such a fabulous job. She is like my therapist when I go! It’s like a 2 in one deal! Lashes and therapy! Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe salt cave was an amazing experience. Before entering, you receive a blanket since it does get cold while you are sitting and relaxing. Booties are also provided since you cannot wear shoes once you enter the room. There is a place to lock up all your belongings which truly allows for you to be in the moment. The lounge chairs, minimal lighting, soothing water flowing and music helps you slow down and focus on your breathing. Once leaving, I felt refreshed and felt that I was able to take deeper breaths. The salt cave was an amazing experience. Before entering, you receive a blanket since it does get cold while you are sitting and relaxing. Booties are also provided since you cannot wear shoes once you enter the room. There is a place to lock up all your belongings which truly allows for you to be in the moment. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have had bad experiences with Logan at Revive. She was very unprofessional and would cancel over and over and I would have to go out of my way to come in at a different time.. sometimes when I really did not have time. She got lash glue in my hair and asked me to come to her house so she could remove it. Which I was super uncomfortable with so had to go and have a hairdresser remove it from my hair. She gave excuse after excuse. She even has did something to my lashes without asking.. then say “ I knew you’d like it.” When I told her I would not be coming to my next appointment and I would tell her if I needed to come back for another I got nothing back and was left on read.I have had bad experiences with Logan at Revive. I have had bad experiences with Logan at Revive. She was very unprofessional and would cancel over and over and I would have to go out of my way to come in at a different time.. sometimes when I really did not have time. She got lash glue in my hair and asked me to come to her house so she could remove it. Which I was super uncomfortable with so had to go and have a hairdresser remove it from my hair.
