I have been waiting for quite some time to come in and get some simple Botox done and scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately they were really busy and fully booked about a month out, fine, that’s okay, no big deal. I have no issue with that but if I schedule an appointment and drive over two hours to come in and have some work done at a specific time I expect to be seen and ready to leave as a happy customer. Sadly, I was turned away because the front office apparently lost my reservation! I was so irritated and upset because I’ve been waiting all this time to see Shonda, she truly is amazing at what she does which is why I prefer to only have her do my work, but the front staff are terrible. On top of all that and to add insult to injury they have a new point reward system set up but does not carry over any existing points in your file? I think that is so messed up.

I was referred to Revive for their known services. However, I never got to experience the service I had intended due to being understaffed. I waited over 30 minutes. I wasn’t informed of their hardship/limitations at checkin. It came out as time passed in the waiting area. It’s also upsetting to customers when they are asked to put a card in file prior to booking and will be charged a no show fee. What should customers get in return for wasting their time when they do show up yet no services were provided?
