Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityHoly Avery at Revenge Face does an amazing job! Holt first did my hair and makeup for my maternity photos and I was absolutely blown away. Then did my hair and makeup for my Christmas photos. He is very professional and does a great job! I have so many positive things to say about Holt. 10/10 would recommend!!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityVERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this one I feel is necessary. I booked an appointment over a month in advance for makeup the morning of my 1st baby shower today. Was sent a confirmation email last night confirming my appointment, I drove an hour from Blythewood to the studio and find the studio is closed. I then call the number on the confirmation email and speak with a gentleman letting him know I was there for my appointment and he seemed confused and asked to call me back. I wait about 10 minutes for a call back for him to tell me his “makeup assistant” was supposed to be there and he cannot get ahold of her as he was out of town. He says he was trying to locate her and will let me know. At this point it was 10:30ish I was an hour away from home and my baby shower was at 2. I text him and let him know I need to know if this is happening or not, he replies he’s still trying to reach her and is truly sorry. Never heard a word after that.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
