The entire staff was beyond amazing. From the minutes I walked in the doors I was welcomed. Once back in the room, nurse Martha was thorough, kind, patient and caring. I have never been so dissatisfied with how I was treated or what I saw when coming here last. I have been here many times, my first experience was great in 2019 but since then the ethics have definitely declined with Nurse Martha. I’ve see the cute dog many many times but I didn’t expect to run into his feces when checking out. I ALMOST STEPPED IN IT!!!! The older woman at the desk that helped me check out seemed to be very new to the establishment and not friendly at all. It almost looked like she was angry doing her job. After spending so much money on dysport, threads, and facials I don’t feel like I should be treated rudely or have to worry if I’ve stepped in dog urine. Get it together Martha this is a business.

Reveal is the best Medical Spa in Bakersfield and I think I have been to all of them in Bakersfield. I had quit a few procedures done and was very happy with the out come of each and everyone of them. Just recently went back for some fillers Kayle was my RN and see did a wonderful job I honestly felt no pain from the injections. I was honestly a little nervous at first thought it would hurt more since it was in my neck but she was so gentle and took her time. She followed up with soon after my prodcedure to make sure I was happy and had no issues. I can’t wait for my next appointment. Would highly recommend her and Reveal very professional staff and beautiful clean environment.

I just had dysport for the first time and was a little nervous, but my experience at Reveal Medical Spa was very pleasant. Everyone was so friendly and Kayle my nurse was incredibly gentle. I hardly felt a thing and had zero bruising. She took her time to make sure her injections were accurate and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I’m sure I will be back for more ☺️

I recently started seeing Kayle and I am extremely happy with how things turned out after my appointment with her! I also loved that she would explain to me how things are done and how it will be helpful for me. She educated me on what other services I can use for my other concerns that I have. Spent over 3000$ here for no results. At least not the results worth that much. Then they have lipo injections and I ask about my arms (they are not big just tad bit need help stretched) they recommended surgery but have pictures of bigger arms before and after picture. I am just done with this place. Taking my money somewhere else. And the front desk always has a problem.
