Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBritt is utterly incredible! Every time I see her I feel lighter for at least a week afterward. Amazing skills, I have never had a massage therapist who so intuitively understood what was hurting and, more to the point, how to make it stop. The one time I had an issue that was outside her scope she did her best to help me but was very upfront from the get-go about her recommendation that I escalate care. Britt is utterly incredible! Every time I see her I feel lighter for at least a week afterward. Amazing skills, I have never had a massage therapist who so intuitively understood what was hurting and, more to the point, how to make it stop. When we got there, they were thorough in understanding what my son wanted from the massage session. When I mentioned his sensitivities to fragrances, they even showed me the products they planned to use to make sure he wouldn’t have any reactions. I had first started going for a relaxation reinvestment in myself and this has grown into one of my favorite monthly self-care routines. Britt is professional, punctual, kind, and a master of her craft. I am now pregnant and the transition from relaxation massages to prenatal massages has been phenomenal.
